The Red House Vintage applied for 3+3+3 year lease over a portion of Pirltawardli (Park 1). Under the Local Government Act 1999, Councils are required to formally undertake public consultation for a lease or licence over community land. In August 2013 we asked you what your thoughts and comments were.

    The lease application recieved from the Red House Vintage has been granted and finalised.

    A report containing the consultation results was endorsed by Council in November 2013. Negotiations continue with the lessee. Watch this space for further updates.
