Council has received an application from Janlin Circuses Pty Ltd for the use of Bonython Park/Tulya Wodli to enable the Stardust Circus to take place between Thursday 11 April and Sunday 5 May 2013.

Before council can grant a temporary event lease we are required to consult with the community as it may affect their access to the Park Lands.

    The public report with the consultation responses went to the City Culture & Community Services Committee on 5 Feburary 2013 to reccomend to Council for Endorsement.

    The decision from the Council meeting held on 12 Feburary Council reccomends that a temporary lease be granted to the organiser of Stardust Circus for the use of Bonython Park/ Tulya Wodli. If you would like to see the full reccomendation please click here.
