Project background and information
Pursuant to section 232 of the Local Government Act 1999 the City of Adelaide is conducting public consultation on the planting of two trees in Travers Place, North Adelaide.
The proposal to plant two trees in Travers Place comes as result of the City of Adelaide receiving a request via petition for street tree planting on Travers Place, North Adelaide. Two locations have been identified as suitable following an investigation into street infrastructure, parking, traffic movement and underground services.
Council now seeks feedback on this proposal.
If the proposal is accepted by residents of Travers Place civil works will begin in April 2022 followed by tree planting in May/June 2022.
