Have your say on the Adelaide Archery Club's application to renew its lease agreement with the City of Adelaide for a period of 15 years.
Update
Lease negotiations are complete. No further follow up work is required.
Project Information and Background
The Adelaide Archery Club (the ‘Club’) currently leases a sports building in Bullrush Park/Warnpangga (Park 10) and hold a license over the adjacent Park Lands.
The Club is seeking to renew its lease agreement with The City of Adelaide for a 15-year period to help secure their investment in a pre-approved extension to their leased building.
Under the Local Government Act 1999, Councils are required to formally undertake public consultation for a lease or licence over community land that is greater than 5 years.
Public consultation is being undertaken for a period of three weeks to provide the community and visitors to the Park Lands, as well as other stakeholders, enough time to consider the draft lease for the Club and submit their feedback to Council.
Consultation is open from 10 February to 5pm, Monday 2 March 2020
