The City of Adelaide is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the use of a selected portion (approx. 9.5 ha) of the existing licensed sporting facilities in Kurangga (Park 20).
The area which is the subject of this EOI is highlighted opposite in yellow. These facilities are currently used predominantly by Pulteney Grammar School and also Adelaide Harriers Amateur Athletic Club and sub-lessees.

This EOI process has been triggered by a review of sporting building requirements in Kurangga (Park 20). This review could have long term implications for Kurangga (Park 20) and so it is considered appropriate to firstly consider the future of the park and its sporting areas more broadly.

This EOI process is being conducted in accordance with the City of Adelaide’s Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy Operating Guidelines and the principles of equity and fairness expressed in the Adelaide Park Lands Management Strategy and Adelaide Park Lands Act 2005.
