Expressions of Interest period: 15 July 2019 to 5.00pm, Friday 9 August 2019.
See below for further information:
Background
The City of Adelaide is the custodian of the majority of the Adelaide Park Lands and to activate these areas looks to partner with commercial operators with hospitality and event management experience to activate the Park Lands and deliver Council’s strategic plan to: “promote increasing the number of people visiting the Park Lands and city for leisure or entertainment by providing support to organisations that attract visitors to the City”.
This EOI(s) has been triggered by the expiration of the current leasing/licence arrangements and it is a requirement of the Adelaide Park Lands Leasing and Licencing Policy that an EOI process be undertaken before the consideration of any new tenure (lease or licence) and/or building project in the Park Lands that effects the long-term use of the Park.
