This consultation has concluded.

We have been developing a Customer Service Strategy to help us become a Brilliant Service Provider, and closely linked to this development is our Online Services Strategy. We sought your feedback on how we service the community, what's important to you as a customer, which services you want to be able to do online, and how you want to use our websites.

Final Outcome
The results of the consultation were combined with information gathered at staff and leadership workshops to develop the basis of our new strategy – the Customer Service Principles. The results from all consultation activities were also used to develop our Customer Charter. A plan has been developed to now work on implementing the key actions as outlined in the Customer Service Strategy. The Strategy and Charter can be viewed here.
